AutoCAD Video Tutorial ~ Introduction to Design Center

I just wanted to let everybody know that I just finished my first AutoCAD video tutorial. It’s called: “Introduction to Design Center”. My goal for these free AutoCAD tutorials is to provide you with short AutoCAD tutorials that will cover not only the features of AutoCAD, but also how to actually draw projects like floorplans, elevations, etc.

This video explains how to use AutoCAD Design Center, and how ArchBlocks.com CAD block libraries are organized to help with your block library management. After all, it’s about working efficiently, and as quickly as possible.

So enjoy my very first video tutorial, and please feel free to add any comments on how I can improve these AutoCAD video lessons.

Thanks, Kevin

Please let me know if you have any questions about the video tutorial for AutoCAD Design Center.

Architectural Fonts

One of the first steps in getting your CAD drawings to have more of a “hand drawn” feel is to use architectural style fonts that have that hand drawn look. ArchBlocks.com has added a new product to help you get more of that architectural feel to your CAD drawings. Architects Fonts is a set of six beautiful architectural hand lettered style truetype fonts that you can purchase individually, or as a combined set.

Check out the previews of  3 of the lettering styles below;

ArchBlocks adds Product Reviews to Website

Just wanted to let everyone know that you can now post product reviews for any of the CAD libraries that you have purchased. This review process gives ArchBlocks.com the ability to develop the libraries into what the customers really want. I look forward to the seeing the pros and cons of each product, and please feel free to let me know of any new CAD blocks libraries that you would like to see added to the ArchBlocks catalog of CAD Blocks.

If you have purchased any AutoCAD symbol libraries in the past, please write a review and let me know what you really think about the quality and value of your purchase.
